What equipment is available during a recording session?
Every recording session comes with a trained engineer to run your recording, three professional-grade video cameras, four industry-standard Shure SM7B microphones, headphones and digital signage. (Audio-only sessions don’t record video.)
Do I need to bring anything, like hard drives or SD cards?
No. We handle all the storage and file delivery for you. Just show up and focus on recording the best podcast you possibly can.
What is channel management?
We upload and schedule your finished episodes on YouTube and Spotify. Spotify hosts your show’s podcast feed, and that feed automatically delivers every new episode to Apple Podcasts, Amazon Music, iHeartRadio and other podcast platforms. We also write engaging titles, optimize your metadata and design eye-catching thumbnails custom to your show. You’ll never have to worry about an episode not going out on time.
What’s included with post-production?
A professionally edited final episode. We cut out the flubs and breaks, add a professional intro, outro and lower thirds, color-correct the video and master the audio, so every episode looks and sounds amazing.
What are the details of the social media shorts?
We pull up to five shorts from every episode of your podcast. They’re vertical videos, 30–90 seconds long, with accurate subtitles, made for social media to help new listeners discover your show.
What does the social media side of the Growth Bundle include?
Social media can be overwhelming for a lot of creators, so we take it off your plate. We manage your accounts across every major platform and can schedule content to go out on all of them every day. We also create content beyond your show’s shorts, like text, image and carousel posts, and we reply to comments on your behalf.
Are the bundle recording hours audio and video?
Yes. The four monthly recording hours in both bundles are full audio and video sessions.
Do unused recording hours roll over?
No. Bundle recording hours reset each month and don’t carry over to the next one.
Is there a minimum commitment?
No. All bundles are month-to-month.
Is there a fee for cancelling a booking?
Not if you cancel at least 24 hours before your scheduled session. Cancellations made less than 24 hours before your session forfeit the booking fee, which isn’t refunded.
