The short version: this website doesn’t track you, we don’t sell your information, and the studio’s security cameras record only overnight, from 10PM to 7AM. The details are below.
01Who we are
This policy explains how Green Room Radio LLC, doing business as Tru Luxury Podcast Studios (“we,” “us”), collects and uses information through luxurypodcaststudio.com (the “site”) and at our studio at 1515 E. Tropicana Ave, Suite 340, Las Vegas, NV 89119.
02Information we collect
Information you give us
- When you use our contact form: your name, email address and message. The form is processed on our website’s server and delivered to us by email.
- When you contact us directly: your name, email address, phone number and whatever you include in your message.
- When you book: bookings are made through Podyx, which collects your booking and payment details and shares booking details like your name, contact information and session time with us. Payments are processed by Podyx and its payment providers.
- At the studio: we may check photo ID to confirm you’re 18 or older.
Information collected at the studio
- Security camera footage, recorded only between 10PM and 7AM (see section 05).
- Your session recordings, which belong to you (see section 06).
Information collected automatically
This site doesn’t use analytics, advertising trackers or its own cookies. Like nearly every website, our hosting provider automatically logs basic technical details, such as your IP address, browser type and the pages you request, to run and secure the site.
Our Contact Us page includes an embedded Google Map. When it loads, Google may collect information and set cookies under Google’s Privacy Policy.

- To keep people, property and the memorabilia collection safe
- To promote the studio with short clips and photos from sessions, as described in our Terms (you can opt out)
- To meet legal, tax and accounting obligations
05Security cameras
Every room in the studio has security cameras. They record video and audio only between 10PM and 7AM and don’t record during regular business hours. If a late-night session runs during those hours, the security cameras will capture it. We use this footage only for security: to protect the studio, equipment and the collection overnight, and to investigate incidents.
- Security footage is never used to make content or for promotion.
- Access is limited to the studio’s owner and authorized staff.
- Footage is kept for up to 30 days and then automatically overwritten, unless we need to keep it longer for an incident, insurance claim or legal matter.
06Your session recordings
The footage and audio from your session belong to you. We keep copies for 14 days after delivery and then permanently delete them, except for short promotional clips or stills described in our Terms.
07How long we keep information
We keep emails and booking records for as long as we need them to serve you and to meet legal, tax and accounting requirements, and then delete them. Session files and security footage follow the timelines above.
08How we protect it
We use reasonable safeguards to protect the information we hold. No method of storage or transmission is completely secure, so we can’t guarantee absolute security.
09Tracking across websites
This site doesn’t allow third parties to collect information about your online activity over time and across different websites, except that Google may set cookies when the embedded map loads. Because we don’t track you, the site doesn’t change its behavior in response to “Do Not Track” browser signals.
10Your choices & rights
You can email us at any time to ask what personal information we have about you, to correct it, or to delete it, subject to records we’re legally required to keep.
Nevada residents: you have the right to direct us not to sell your covered personal information. We don’t sell it, but you can still submit a request to info@luxurypodcaststudio.com and we’ll honor it.
11Children
Our studio is for adults only, and this site isn’t directed to anyone under 18. We don’t knowingly collect personal information from children. If you believe a child has sent us information, contact us and we’ll delete it.
12Changes to this policy
If we change this policy, we’ll post the new version here and update the date at the top. If a change is significant, we’ll note it on the site.
